Shipping & Return Policies
General Shipping Information
You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping costs are dependent on the products in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of an order placement once the funds have cleared your account. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM CST, excluding holidays). Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.
Generally, if you are shipping within the United States, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (Ground, Third Day, Second Day or Overnight Service).

We currently ship to the U.S, except for WA, ID, CO, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, VT, AK, HI.
Late Shipments
We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. If the package is marked “in transit” by USPS or another carrier, we are unable to act. If there is no update after 15 business days, please reach out to us, so we can review options with you.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not been updated in a few days. Tracking numbers will not be activated until the package has been scanned into their systems and may take 24-48 hours to update. Please direct all delivery issues to the carrier you have selected.
Delivery services available on our site offer speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make mistakes. Unfortunately, these errors are out of our control and Tattersall Functional is not responsible for errors or delays caused by carriers. If your package is delivered to the address provided on the order and is stolen upon/after delivery, we will not assume responsibility or replace the stolen package. Please make sure you ship your items to a secure location.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We are not responsible for orders when we are provided with the wrong shipping address. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Purchase Options
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Return Policy
Since Tattersall Functional is a consumable beverage product, we are unable to process returns and all sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
